Dragan is an electrical engineer with more than 15 years of professional career in CGES – Montenegrin Transmission System Operator. From 2021 working as a Director of Development and Investment Sector, previously covered several positions in the company mainly in the maintenance and investment. Significant experience in project management as a Project Manager/Coordinator on big investment projects such as Undersea HVDC Italy-Montenegro Associated Network and Trans-Balkan Corridor Project
