Dejan Stojčevski was born in 1967 in Belgrade and graduated in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at University of Belgrade, Department of Electric Power Systems. From 1996 to 2005 he worked in Electricity Coordinating Center (EKC) as an engineer on the co-ordination of operation of Second synchronous interconnection zone, security analyses of power system, quality of primary and secondary regulation, energy accounts and daily schedules of cross-border electricity exchange. After the establishment of an independent Transmission System Operator in the Republic of Serbia (2005), he passed to work in EMS and from the very beginning was involved in the development, implementation and administration of the electricity market in the Republic of Serbia. Since 2015, he is working as a Chief Operating Officer of SEEPEX ad Belgrade - the Nominated Electricity Market Operator in the Republic of Serbia.

Duško Tubić is Director of Security Coordination Centre Belgrade (SCC) and Advisor to the General Manager in JSC „Elektromreža Srbije“ (EMS), Belgrade, Serbian TSO. In ENTSO-E he is member of System Operations Committee (SOC) and RG Continental Europe Plenary, where he was Deputy Conwenor from 2015 to 2019.
With 38 years in electricity sector, he has experience in transmission system and market operation, and cooperation within TSO associations: UCTE, ETSO and ENTSO-E.
On behalf of EMS, he was involved in many successful international projects related to strengthening and extension of synchronous operation in South East Europe (SEE), from the Resynchronization of 1st and 2nd UCTE zones to the Feasibility Study on the Synchronous Interconnection of the Turkish as well as Ukraine and Moldovan Power Systems to the Continental European Power System. During the last seven years, as Director of SCC with his colleagues from SEE TSOs, he has been committed to improving the security coordination and cooperation in SEE.
Duško holds PhD, Magister and Dipl.-Ing. in electrical engineering and power systems from University of Belgrade.

Jan Van Roost is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Coreso since July 1st, 2022. Having previously served the company as Chief Operations Officer (COO) since being appointed by the board in 2017.
After graduating high school from Newark Academy at Livingston, NJ (USA), Jan attended college & university in Antwerp, Brussels and Leuven and holds master in degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, and Nuclear Engineering. Later complemented by an executive MBA degree from Vlerick Business School.
Jan got acquainted with industry at the ExxonMobil Refinery in Antwerp since 2002. In 2005 he joined the utilities industry, where he held a number of positions as Nuclear Engineer and Assistant head of Operations at the Electrabel Doel power plant. He moved on to Elia System Operator in Brussels where he subsequently held various management and senior management positions; Project manager Corporate Affairs (2007-2009), deputy Head of Elia’s National Control Center (2009-2011) Head of Operations of Elia’s National Control Center (2011-2014). He finally served as Senior manager for Settlement, metering and Market Transparency (2014-2017), before joining Coreso as COO at shareholders’ request, and subsequently taking on the CEO role.

She started her 23-year professional career as a developer of software applications for power system operation and control and continued as an energy market expert with the focus on electricity market development. Currently, her responsibilities include activities on facilitating electricity system and market integration at regional and pan-European level and energy transition in the Energy Community Contracting Parties.

Martin graduated from Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, in 2013. Already in 2010 he started working at ČEPS, the TSO of the Czech Republic, focusing on dynamic analyses, voltage control and system defence and restoration plans. Currently, he is working as system operation development head of team, with a broad focus from implementing CEP and NC/GLs to implementing new equipment into system operation. At ENTSO-E, he is the convener of Steering Group Strategy under the System Operation Committee.

Nadica Stojanović, graduate from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade, is Executive Director for Investments and Development of Elektromreža Srbije Joint Stock Company Belgrade. After finishing university she worked for a company for construction of commercial and residential buildings in Moscow, Russia. Her later brief engagement as a teacher in Railway and Technical School in Belgrade was followed by joining Elektromreža Srbije in 2001. She has been a member of the Serbian Chamber of Engineers since 2005. She served as expert supervisor and took part in investment projects for the reconstruction and construction of high voltage transformer stations. In 2010 she was promoted to the position of Head of the service for the preparation of construction of high voltage installations and in January 2014 she was promoted to the position of Head of the Investments Sector. She was appointed Executive Director for Investments and Development in January 2017. Nadica Stojanović was born in 1971 in Leskovac, Serbia. She is married and mother of two.

Nicolas Kuen has a Master in Business Engineering (M.Sc.) from Louvain School of Management and a Master in European Advanced Interdisciplinary Studies (M.A.) from the College of Europe. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the energy sector: first as Adviser at the Belgian Energy Regulatory Authority, then as Head of Power Asset Regulation at ENGIE Trading and now as permanent official at the European Commission. Since 2015, he worked as Policy Officer in the European Commission, first at the Directorate-General for Energy then at the Secretariat-General. In 2020, he has been leading the negotiations on energy and civil nuclear in the UK Task Force and, since last year, he is leading the team responsible energy policy in the Eastern and Southern neighbourhood in the newly created Energy Platform Task Force in the Directorate-General for Energy.

Sonya Twohig is the Secretary-General of ENTSO-E, the European Network of Transmission System Operator for Electricity, since 2022.
Before her appointment as Secretary-General, she was Head of Operations Section at ENTSO-E Secretariat, in which she has supported the European TSOs in the implementation of EU Network Codes and Regulations and furthering Regional Coordination initiatives among TSOs.
Prior to joining ENTSO-E, Sonya Twohig held several senior management positions in Markets, System Operations and Grid Development for the EirGrid Group.

Tahir Kapetanovic is Head of System Operation and Vice President International at Austrian Power Grid. In ENTSO-E he chairs System Operations Committee1, where earlier he managed the development of operational network codes2 and regional TSOs’ coordination3. In TSC4 he was a member and chair of Operational Board.
Tahir has proven track record with 35 years of experience in electricity transmission, energy markets regulation, banking sector, infocom vendores and academic research. He is certified operator of Austrian transmission system and licensed trader on EPEX Spot and EEX power exchanges.
He holds PhD, MSc and Dipl.-Ing. in electrical engineering and power systems from TU Wien and University of Zagreb and Executive MBA from University of Minnesota and Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Since October 2017, Mr. Uwe Zimmermann is working as Managing Director for Operation & Development at TSCNET Services GmbH / Munich Germany. TSCNET Services is one of the two appointed Regional Coordination Centres for the System Operation Region Central. Prior to that, Mr Zimmermann spent more than 15 years in system management with two German transmission system operators and current shareholders of TSCNET, working intensively on aspects of system security and international security coordination in Europe. Uwe Zimmermann holds a degree in electrical engineering with a focus on electrical power supply from the University of Darmstadt, Germany.

Yannis Kabouris was born in Athens in 1962. He holds a Diploma on Electrical Engineering (1985) and a PhD (1992), both from the National Technical University of Athens.
From 1991 until 2001 he was working in the Public Power Corporation (PPC) - System Studies Department. He joined the Hellenic Transmission System Operator (HTSO) in 2001 and the Independent Power Transmission Operator of Greece (IPTO) in 2011.
He was an associate professor at the University of West Attica (2002 to 2011)
He has served in various positions in the electricity sector:

His main fields of expertise include Power System studies and Analysis (static and dynamic), Generation and Transmission Planning, Integration of renewables into power systems, Development of Interconnectors, Generation adequacy, Market development and operation, Energy Management systems and Control Centers, National and International Electricity Market Regulation and Research & Development strategies. He has published more than 150 papers on the above mentioned topics. He has also participated in more than 40 international research projects.
He is the Chairman of the CIGRE National committee of Greece. He is a member of CIGRE and IEEE. He gained the SWAN PREMIUM AWARD (2002).

Zoran Vujasinović was born in Knin, Croatia in 1974. He graduated at Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade in 1999. He worked in Electricity Coordinating Center (EKC) Belgrade in periods 2000-2020; Since 2020 he works in ACER Ljubljana. His expertise is European and Energy Community Electricity Markets, network modelling and development, capacity calculation and allocation, congestion management and balancing markets.

Dr. Christoforos Zoumas joined the former System Operator, DESMIE, in 2007. In 2014, he was appointed Director of Day-Ahead Market Operation at the former LAGIE S.A. and since August 2018, he holds the position of Director of Markets Operation at the Hellenic Energy Exchange S.A. Currently he is also serving HEnEx as Acting Chief Operating Officer.
During the past fifteen years, he has been actively involved in key development projects for the Greek wholesale electricity market focusing both on the regulatory market design and on the development of trading systems, market operation procedures, clearing and settlement systems. During the last four years he worked intensively on building up the power and gas markets of HEnEx and for their integration in the regional and EU Day-ahead and Intraday market coupling projects.
Dr. Zoumas is an Electrical and Computers Engineer holding a PhD degree from the Power Systems Lab. Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in power systems analysis and electricity markets.
